Responsible for implementation with business teams of digital technologies programmes and related innovative solutions to improve our value proposition in R&D/BD
**Main responsibilities and tasks**
**Digital RD/bd project management**
- Lead the implementation of prioritized digital solutions
- Monitor value created from these new project opportunities
- Stay up to date on new trends and technologies which can transform Ipsen value proposition in the related domain
**Operational Excellence**
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Scope project requirements and prepare budget
- Write the specifications in collaboration with business partners
- Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specification
- Leverage lean and agile methodology: design thinking, lean start-up and management to launch product which create value for patients
- Collaborate with and/ or coordinate internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
- Deliver projects on time and on budget ensuring quality standards are met
- Plan and manage product launch with business teams and ensure that maintenance and evolutions are carried out
- Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics and other dashboard tools
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects to determine the value or not
