Notre client est un éditeur de logiciel spécialisé dans les solutions innovantes à destination du secteur hospitalier et médical.
Afin d’accompagner sa croissance il cherche à recruter un Manager de l’équipe développement H/F en CDI. Le poste est basé dans Lyon 3.
DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Rattaché au directeur technique de l’équipe R&D, le Manageur de l’équipe Développement organise et suit l'activité de l'équipe développement. Il est chargé de l'évolution, de la maintenance et de la performance des logiciels de pilotage médico-économique.
Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’industrialisation et les experts métier.
Activités principales
- Définir, planifier et organiser les moyens humains et matériels nécessaires
- Suivre le déroulement de la production et gérer les plans de charge
- Manager les ressources humaines de son équipe (répartition des charges, formation, parcours individuels, mutations, entretiens professionnels et d'évaluation)
- Participer aux études de conception, en assurer la validation
- Dispenser des formations ou superviser des formations spécifiques à son domaine de spécialité
- Évaluer et faire évoluer les compétences des collaborateurs de son équipe en fonction de leurs potentialités et des besoins des projets à venir
- Assurer la formation de l’équipe
- Recruter des collaborateurs

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- 3 à 5 ans sur un poste équivalent
- BAC+5
- Expérience chez un éditeur de logiciel idéalement
- Maîtrise des environnements techniques Web
