Descriptif du poste

Dans le cadre d'un renfort d'équipe, nous sommes à la recherche d'un **Engineering Manager **(H/F) pour travailler autour des objets connectés. Vous serez responsable de la partie technique de la ligne produit IoT.

Activité principale:

- **Définir **la trajectoire technique et concevoir les solutions/chantiers correspondants, répondant aux besoins métier, dans le respect des contraintes de sécurité et de la culture engineering de l’entreprise
- **Piloter **les équipes de développement
- Définir et entretenir le backlog technique
- S’assurer de la qualité et de la **performance **des développements
- Organiser/participer à la **qualification **des profils techniques
- Échanger avec les interlocuteurs techniques du projet (CTO et cybersécurité)

Activité secondaire:

- Animation et participation à des ateliers techniques projets ou transverses
- Participer à la communauté des Tech Lead du département, sous la direction du CTO

Environnement technique: AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Helm, Traefik, Jenkins, Vault, Bitbucket, Nexus, Sonar, Datadog, Kafka, Zookeeper, Spring Boot, jOOQ, Maven, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, Gatling, Zipkin, Angular, Cypress, Xamarin

Profil recherché

Impératif:

- Bonne connaissance de l'ensemble des technologies utilisées (AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Helm, Traefik, Jenkins, Vault, Bitbucket, Nexus, Sonar, Datadog, Kafka, Zookeeper, Spring Boot, jOOQ, Maven, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, Gatling, Zipkin, Angular, Cypress, Xamarin)
- Expérience significative sur le Cloud AWS
- Excellente communication et collaboration
