**Votre mission**:
L'équipe tech est constituée d'une vingtaine de développeurs et développeuses réparti(e)s dans des équipes autonomes et responsables d'un périmètre précis. Notre partenaire travaille étroitement avec l'équipe produit lors de la conception des fonctionnalités et leur développement car chaque équipe a son/sa Product Owner attitré(e). Ils travaillent selon la philosophie Agile mais en laissant les équipes prendre les décisions organisationnelles du quotidien.

MISSIONS
- Manager une équipe de 3 à 6 développeurs en leur apportant du feedback régulier afin de leur permettre de s'épanouir et de grandir.
- Participer aux recrutements des nouveaux membres de l'équipe
- Concevoir des fonctionnalités de bout en bout
- Développer et tester le backend Nodejs et/ou le frontend Vue.js
- Faire des revues de code actionnables et constructives pour les autres membres de votre équipe
- Concevoir et écrire des tests unitaires lorsque vous développez de nouvelles fonctionnalités car vous avez à coeur de produire du code de qualité et maintenable qui appartient à l'équipe.
- Qualifier et résoudre des bugs
- Apporter une expertise technique aux équipes produit et client afin de trouver les meilleures solutions techniques et fonctionnelles pour résoudre un problème.
- Etre force de proposition dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue de votre équipe

**Votre profil**:
Doté d'une formation supérieure en Informatique, vous avez une expérience d'au moins 2 ans en management d'équipe et d'au moins 3 ans en tant que développeurs;
- Vous avez déjà travaillé dans un environnement Agile;
- Vous développez depuis au moins 5 ans en backend et/ou en frontend;
- Vous développez depuis au moins 2 ans en NodeJs et/ou vous développez depuis au moins 2 ans dans un framework front (Vue.js, React...);
- Vous aimez programmer et produire du code de qualité ;
- Vous concevez le développement comme un travail d'équipe ;
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec le fait de parler de votre travail et des implications fonctionnelles à des personnes qui n'ont pas de background technique;
- Vous lisez et écrivez couramment en Anglais; Vous êtes capable de suivre et d'intervenir dans une réunion en Anglais;
- Vous aimez travailler sur des projets qui demandent de la coordination entre différentes équipes (Accompagnement client, Support client, Produit, DevOps....);
- Vous participez à l'écosystème via des meetups ou des conférences;
- Vous aimez les statistiques et la représentation de données en particulier lorsque cela te permet de justifier une proposition;
- Vous avez déjà une expérience dans une startup;
ENVIRONNEMENT TECHNIQUE
- Backend : Node.js
- Frontend : Vue.js
- Autres technos : MySQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, Typescript, Jest
- Outillage : Github, Github actions, Asana...
