**Job Description** The role**
As Head of Revenue Analytics, reporting into the VP Pricing Europe, you will use advanced analytical skills to solve various problems facing the business. You will play a critical role in championing the use of data to drive revenue growth from our products and services. While you will start as an Individual Contributor, the goal is to hire two more colleagues supporting your organization over the upcoming 12 months.
A key focus of this role will be supporting the business during its transition to a white-label platform, ensuring a smooth migration of revenue analytics and unification of our datasets. You will play a vital role in maintaining legacy data needs while designing and building scalable, future-proof data structures that enable deeper insights and data-driven decision-making.
**Your responsibilities**
- Drive delivery of commercial objectives - How you get things done may vary day-to-day: you may be setting strategic direction one day, assessing data and trends another day, and improving an operational process the next.
- Lead the analytics transition to a white-label platform - Support the migration process by maintaining legacy data requirements, ensuring data continuity, and helping design the optimal structure for future revenue analytics.
- Understand revenue performance and opportunities - Monitor trends in customer behavior and spending, analyze root causes, identify risks, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Design analytical solutions - Work with the Commercial Finance team and other senior stakeholders to turn business questions into clearly scoped analytical projects.
- Deliver analytical projects end-to-end - Ensure work is robust, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Communicate results to drive impact - Share insights and results in a commercial and compelling manner, with strong data visualization.
- Manage and coach the team - Actively support your team on their work, planning, and prioritizing projects, while driving ownership and accountability.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships - Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Product, and other supporting teams.
- Provide support and oversight to strategic projects.
**Qualifications** Your Profile**
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in an analytical role, with a demonstrated ability to translate data insights into business impact.
- Advanced Excel/SQL/Python skills required.
- Experience supporting large-scale data transitions or platform migrations is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and demonstrated potential as a future leader. Strong track record of working with senior leaders and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Experience in driving team culture and fostering an environment that balances operational excellence with strategic innovation.
- Ability to operate in an unstructured, fast-paced environment. Must show resilience and prioritize effectively in an evolving landscape.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, combining analytical skills, pragmatism, and strategic vision.
