Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** As HR Operations Representative you will be responsible for the communication and administration of programs, procedures and policies related to all functional areas of Human Resources including staffing, benefits, training, compensation, management reporting, employee transactions, employment documentation filing, data base and systems management. **In this role, you will** - Become a trusted partner to the country HRBP, supporting HR Ops activities within the Align global and regional processes - Manage formalities related to hiring and onboarding, offboarding, etc - Draft and follow-up of amendments to the employment contract - Manage employee benefit enrollment and dis-enrollment with external insurance and/or pension vendors for the countries assigned. Check related invoices and partner with Payroll ensuring proper processing - Create letters related to the events of the employee: trial period, maternity/paternity/parental leave, various certificates, resignation, etc... - Process absenteeism and occupational health process and/or submit any (legal) required documentation - Assist in HR Operations projects and identifies/reports areas for improvement, either systems or process related - Build productive internal/external relationships. Execute tasks under moderate supervision. **In this role, you’ll need ** - Bachelor's degree preferred, not necessary - Fluent in English and French - Experience with an HRIS system like Workday - 2-3 years of expierence in a similar role - Team player, positive and resilient attitude - Customer focused - Ability to adapt and work under presure in a fast paced environment - Preferably experience preparing documents for Works Council **Sound like a good fit?** Great Click the "Apply" link to let us know you are interested.
