In charge of the execution of Packaging, Molds, Tooling and line conversion projects Implement day-to-day Project Management operations from project launch to project closing, including on-site activities management where applicable. Main Responsibilities Execute project deliverables within the project's base-lined cost, customer specifications and scheduled timelines for standard projects. Perform Closing Project Analysis and identify and share Key Learnings with all involved internal stakeholders. Contribute to the monitoring of project risks and act to anticipate internal and external conflicts and crisis.

**Your Mission**:
As a Project Manager Packaging Molds and Tooling, your main missions will focus on the following activities:

- Manage the PO registration, the creation of network project, the complete launching and the invoicing/shipment phase
- Allocate project to the production line, plant according to the industrial rules and capacity available with support of planning team
- Create the technical specifications sheet (FTC) with all technical information coming from PM Services/PM Supply and support the team on potential questions
- In case of Molds in LC, support to the project manager for the Check of the technical specifications sheet
- Feasibility follow up ( FTC creation / preforms coordination arrival / samples and report dispatch )
- Control schedule with line production team or assembly/procurement team
- Communicate any derogation or delay coming from production and evaluate different alternative
- Manage the procurement of a complete sub-assembly for Line conversion (or 3rd party equipment of a Sidel machine) and follow the delivery
- Project structure creation & Sales order and documentations coordination
- Evaluate risk and set-up with production team the right control and anticipation needed to match customer request
- Manage the weekly review according to project steps, update status inside follow-up files
- Manage the shipment of the project with support of logistic team and information coming from warehouse and Project managers
- Make cost analysis and reporting on his project (closing phase)
- Ownership, and keep updated, of the Planned delivery date for tooling equipment and line conversion, and ensure the communication to the different stakeholders
- Manage interco Purchase Orders between molds shop in case of sub contracting
- Manage coordination of on‐site technicians
- Manage Health Safety Environment & Security (HSE&S) coordination plan Education Qualifications

**Your Profile**:
The following competences and experience are required on this position:

- 5+ years experience with project management activities and strong technical expertise
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering document such as packaging and mold assembly dwg
- Confirmed Experience in Blowing, Packaging and Tooling Portfolio
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, CRM and SAP
- Fluent in English and French
