The position of CI Project Manager and Platform Evolution (PE) process expert in EP&I offers a dynamic environment to utilize and expand your expertise in continuous improvement and product evolution management. This transversal position involves working together across the different functions within EP&I and with the Global group quality team

Both activities ensure excellence across operations, contributing to the organization's long-term success.

**Responsibilities**:
Harmonize methods, roles, and responsibilities for CI within EP&I
Ensure alignment of CI and PER processes with global quality standards and corporate objectives.
Build and maintain a robust network across departments for smooth operational execution.
Make sure to establish and promote in EP&I a culture of proactive approach to quality management, aimed at constantly improving performance and reducing waste.

Continuous Improvement Project Manager:
Lead CI projects with Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies within EP&I.

Monitor and report on project progress and control the effectiveness of the improvements ensuring timely resolution of obstacles.
Establish KPIs and milestones for CI projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify improvement opportunities and deliver tangible results.
Engage, animate, and support people to take a more active part in the CI.
Deploy training programs to enhance CI culture and skills across EP&I.
Conduct internal audits using ISO9001 referential.

Platform Evolution Process Expert:
Facilitate the integration and enhancement of the Platform Evolution Process across EP&I
Check that PE process, procedures, roles and responsibilities are properly defined inside EP&I and work together to achieve quality objectives.
Ensure seamless alignment of the PE and Identify bottlenecks in the product lifecycle and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.
Develop a PE network across EP&I and define entry-points for each function.
Lead & Participate to cross-functional internal audits to ensure PE compliance and effectiveness.

**Your Profile**:
Educational qualifications: Bachelor or Master’s Degree or equivalent.
English Mandatory, French, Italian is a plus.
Technical background (with Knowledge of our Products) and processes
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement methodologies.
Strong ability to engage, inspire, and lead teams across functions.
Experience with MS Office and data management tools.

Pro-active attitude (ability to monitor progress and address issues ahead of time)
Hands-on Experience in Continuous Improvement, Product Evolution processes, and quality management systems is highly desirable.
