The mission of the Logistics Performance Manager is to implement and maintain the necessary tools, processes and routines to improve the management of the Veepee Logistic Network.

**TASKS**:
The main functions of the Logistics Performance Manager are:
1. Be the owner of Fulfillment reporting- As the owner of fulfillment operational performance analysis, its his/her responsibility to build, maintain and improve reports including but not limited to warehouse transit time, process efficiency, workforce, preparation lead time, volume smoothing, forecasting accuracy, SLAs, productivity
- This function will require a pragmatic approach to be able to provide required performance metrics, while also being long term oriented and strategical regarding the target vision with tool convergence and connectivity.

2. Make Fulfillment Intelligence convergence happen- As a key figure inside the Operations organization, the Logistics Performance Manager will play a key role in group convergence by defining, aligning and prioritizing all warehouse metrics across the different internal and external warehouses of the group.
- This effort will require technical skills for the definition, leadership for the alignment between sites and companies, and a how-yes agile attitude to move forward to the key goal of being able to measure all relevant metrics for all warehouses in an easy and comparable way.

3. Own the process improvement pipeline prioritization- In collaboration with the Function Owners, BPOs and Performance Improvement team, manage the backlog of initiatives to improve warehouse performance, assigning weight to each action and prioritizing the pipeline. Organize best practice sharing of bottom up process improvement initiatives across warehouses.

4. Support the COO and Logistics Mgmt team on key meeting preparation- As the owner of fulfillment reporting, the Logistics Performance Manager should help the COO, the Managing Director of VPLOG and the site directors prepare for their weekly and monthly management routines, as well as ensure availability of relevant and correct information to steer and improve operational performance.

**MUST HAVE skills**:

- Negotiation, Analytical, Team player, 360º mindset and curiosity
- Supply Chain training and-or experience
- Advanced Excel skills, Basic PowerPoint skills
- You are fluent in English and French

**NICE TO HAVE skills**:

- Spanish and Database coding languages knowledge
- Previous experience in Operations Management roles
