**XPO Logistics** is looking to hire **Europe Sales Project Manager **will be in charge to manage European sales strategic projects, with XPO CONNECT Customer project as a 1st priority.Other Sales European projects will be driven, focusing on Sales Excellence & Customer Satisfaction/Customer Experience.

**The main objective**:
**CONNECT CUSTOMER Project**
The main objective is to strengthen the usage & Customer experience for XPO CONNECT Customer (*)
(*) XPO Connect is a portal dedicated to our customer to manage their order (booking, tracking, docs, reporting,)

**The responsibilities**:

- **
Drive Market Insight activities**
- Ensure market intelligence on the digital transformation of the transport market,
- Analyse Customers’ needs & solutions, Innovation, regulations,and share info with stakeholders,
- Identify market opportunities in order to propose new initiatives in the product roadmap.
- **Manage CONNECT Customer Roadmap from a business point of view**
- Identify and Formalize detailed customers’ needs & define appropriate solutions in relationship with Europe IT team,
- Define overall Roadmap and detailed action plan, budget, resources,
- Implement & Drive Sales EU Roadmap / action plan & coordinate BU actions plan with hie/her counterparts into the countries,
- Define & Follow KPI to drive project and report progress,
- Identify the obstacles / constraints to the progress of the roadmap and make its addressed.

Ensure CONNECT Customer promotion Internally & Externally**
- Define & Implement marketing and communication action plans to promote product adoption & usage both internally (Sales teams,

CSS, Ops,) and externally (Customers),
- Define and manage KPI’s & Reporting to Monitor CONNECT Customer adoption & usage.

**What you need to succeed at XPO**:

- _ Fluent in English, and French _
- _Expertise with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & PowerBI)_

- _ Highly curious & Business oriented_
- _ Agile and able to quickly adapt to her/his environment in a multicultural organization_
- _ Demonstrate rigor and autonomy in the organization and planning of multiple operations_
- _ Logistics and Transport experience would be a plus_
