**What will you be doing ?**:
Now, we need our adventurer - someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and help us conquer new territories
As an** Account Executive**, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy.
Your role?
**Hunting** account and generating news leads. Turn those **leads into long-term partners, navigate complex sales cycles,** and most importantly, **close deals** successfully to take our startup to new heights.
- **Identify and engage prospects** (Corporate and Real estate) in the French market.
- **Manage long and complex sales cycles**, from the first contact to contract signing.
- Work with Hubspot to efficiently manage your pipeline and optimize your performance.
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Product teams to offer the best solutions to our clients.
- Close deals and exceed your sales targets while building strong client relationships.
- **Grow** within a constantly evolving environment with the opportunity to take on more responsibilities within the sales team, should you wish.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this position you should relate to the following expectations:
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an Account Executive ideally in a startup or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience **managing complex sales cycles with B2B clients.**:
- **A closer mentality with a hunter’s instinct.**:
- The desire to be part of an adventure, with the **possibility of evolving into more senior roles.**:
- A strong mindset, ready to tackle challenges and seize opportunities.
- An **entrepreneurship spirit** with the desire to evangelize a market
- You are not afraid of opening doors and you love meeting people.
- You excel in active listening and can adapt to your clients' needs.
- The **drive to join an ambitious, supportive team**that's ready to guide you through this adventure.
- You have an ambitious personality, with a passion for technology and a desire to revolutionize a sector.
- You speak natively French and English without efforts.
- Bonus: You have experience in SaaS Sales or in Real Estate.
