Vous êtes ambitieux et vous avez le potentiel de prendre de nouvelles responsabilités rapidement ? Nous recherchons, pour une marque internationale de skincare ultra désirable, son Global training and Retail Excellence Manager. Cette création de poste intervient à une nouvelle étape de développement international de la marque. Vos missions principales seront: - Mettre en place la nouvelle stratégie de training, gérer son budget, son planning et la qualité; - Concevoir les "global training tools" de la création au déploiement; - Concevoir et mettre en place la nouvelle "global training academy"; - Offrir une expérience de formation inattendue au travers des visites sur les marchés clés mondiaux; - Fédérer les parties prenantes externes et internes afin de disséminer la connaissance de la marque, des produits et un service d'excellence en ligne avec la stratégie de marque; - Développer les supports pour la retail excellence : outils d'aide à la vente pour booster le sell-out; - Contribuer à la conception d'une expérience client identitaire de la marque; - Animer les formations auprès des référents formation des régions, des formateurs externes et des équipes retail; - Développer les outils et le savoir-faire pour une excellence de service : créer les skincare services et les outils de formation appropriés pour les équipes retail et SPAs; - Participer à la communauté ambassadrice de la marque, en particulier aux évènements. En rejoignant cette Maison, vous travaillerez ainsi pour une marque engagée, sur la construction d'une retail Academy et d'une retail excellence avec un processus décisionnel rapide et un esprit collectif fort. Vous contribuerez à la nouvelle étape de structuration d'une marque dans une nouvelle phase de développement ambitieux. **Profil**: - Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la formation internationale en particulier dans le skincare dans une Maison structurée.- Vous avez les compétences suivantes: - Connaissance experte du marché du soin; - Conception et animation de formations en anglais; - Gestion de projet international; - Aisance relationnelle et grandes qualités de communication orale et écrite en français et anglais; - Efficacité organisationnelle et structure de travail avec attention au détail; - Déplacements internationaux. - Si votre profil correspond à cette annonce, n'hésitez pas à postuler et nous serons ravis de vous lire
