**The opportunity**:
The Global Training Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance product knowledge, elevate client experience, and drive sales performance across our global retail and wholesale network.
This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for fashion, a deep understanding of luxury retail, and the ability to create engaging and effective training content.
The Global Training Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Retail & Wholesale teams, Merchandising, HR and Marketing to ensure training initiatives are aligned with business objectives and brand standards.

- **Training Strategy & Development**:
- Develop and execute a global training strategy that supports the company's retail and wholesale objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and develop innovative training programs, including in-person workshops, e-learning modules, webinars, and on-the-job training materials.
- Ensure training content is consistent with brand guidelines, product information, and client experience standards.
- **Content Creation**:
- Create engaging and informative training materials, including product knowledge guides, client service protocols, and selling skills techniques.
- Develop interactive training modules using a variety of multimedia tools (e.g., video, animation, gamification).
- Maintain and update training content to reflect new product launches, seasonal collections, and evolving client expectations.
- **Retail & Wholesale Animation**:
- Develop and implement animation programs to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key brand initiatives in both retail and wholesale environments.
- Create toolkits and resources for store managers and wholesale partners to effectively animate product stories and brand messaging.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure training materials align with in-store presentation standards.
- **Product Knowledge Expertise**:
- Develop deep expertise in the brand's products, including materials, craftsmanship, design inspiration, and heritage.
- Translate complex product information into clear and compelling training content for sales associates.
- Conduct product knowledge training sessions for retail and wholesale teams.
- **Client Experience Enhancement**:
- Define and promote the brand's client experience vision and standards.
- Develop training programs that equip sales associates with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional client service.
- Create role-playing scenarios and simulations to reinforce client engagement techniques.
- Monitor client feedback and sales performance data to identify areas for improvement in client experience training.
- **Training Delivery & Facilitation**:
- Facilitate training sessions in person and virtually, adapting delivery style to different audiences and learning preferences.
- Train and coach regional trainers and store managers to effectively deliver training content.
- Manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, venue selection, and participant registration.
- **Performance Measurement & Reporting**:
- Establish metrics to track the effectiveness of training programs.
- Analyze training data and provide regular reports on training outcomes, including sales performance, client satisfaction, and knowledge retention.
- Use data insights to continuously improve training programs and content.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in training, preferably within the luxury retail or fashion industry.
- Proven experience in creating engaging and effective training content using a variety of multimedia tools.
- Deep understanding of luxury retail operations, client experience principles, and sales techniques.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with business travels
- Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the brand.
- Fluency in English is required.
