**Who are we looking for?**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead the full content development process—from story design, prototyping, and pre-production to full production and delivery.
- Design engaging, gamified learning experiences that are fun, interactive, and grounded in real-world skill-building.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with artists, developers, learning designers, and stakeholders to build cohesive experiences that meet business and learner objectives.
- Leverage AI tools to dramatically accelerate prototyping, content iteration, narrative scripting, and design workflows—and you should be able to show how you've done this before.
- Prototype new ideas rapidly and validate them through testing and feedback loops.
- Balance gameplay mechanics to ensure clarity, motivation, and behavior change across different learner profiles.
- Own design documentation—from gameplay mechanics to narrative structure, learning objectives, and UI/UX guidelines.
- Stay on top of industry trends in both gaming and learning science to inspire innovation and keep us ahead.

**Who are you?**:

- Passionate about learning and empowering people
- Passionate about games with a deep understanding of various game genres, mechanics, and player motivations.
- Experience with interaction design, such as User Interface, Player Goals and Challenges, Feedback Systems, Game Mechanics, and Navigation and Exploration
- Proven experience in game design with a portfolio showcasing innovative and successful projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate game mechanics and gameplay experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Unreal Engine, Unity, or similar game development software.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.
