Notre client entre dans une nouvelle ère : la commercialisation directe de l’électricité via des PPA privés, agrégateurs ou marchés de gros.

Le poste de Director of Renewable PPA Sourcing est une création de poste à l’échelle du groupe. C’est un rôle structurant, stratégique et international, visant à définir et piloter la stratégie de vente d’énergie pour un pipeline de 6 GW de projets à l’échelle européenne (Italie, Hongrie, République tchèque ) et en Amérique latine (Mexique, Colombie) et autres.

**Mission**:
Missions principales
- Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre la stratégie de commercialisation de l’énergie (PPA, marché, agrégation) pour les projets à l’international.
- Prospecter, négocier et sécuriser des Corporate PPA avec grands comptes industriels, utilities, traders et agrégateurs
- Adapter les structurations contractuelles aux cadres réglementaires locaux et aux spécificités des marchés visés
- Travailler en collaboration étroite avec les équipes développement pour assurer la cohérence entre stratégie commerciale et réalité des projets
- Optimiser la valorisation de l’énergie produite (marché spot, PPA long terme, contrats bilatéraux)
- Développer des partenariats avec les agrégateurs et autres acteurs clés du marché.
- Être force de proposition dans la conception de nouveaux business models de vente d’électricité

**Profil**:
Profil recherché
- Expérience confirmée (8+ ans) dans la vente d’électricité, la structuration de PPA ou la commercialisation d’énergie (développeur, agrégateur, fournisseur, corporate buyer, trader )
- Excellente connaissance des marchés de l’énergie et des PPA corporate (pricing, risk, stratégie d’approvisionnement)
- Solide compréhension des cadres réglementaires européens (plusieurs pays idéalement)
- Solides compétences en négociation et interaction avec des parties prenantes de haut niveau
- Esprit entrepreneurial, structurant et orienté solution dans un environnement en construction
- Anglais professionnel courant requis - l’italien est un plus
