**TotalEnergies GRP **(except for France and USA), in the field of solar, onshore wind projects, and non-dispatchable hydro potentially combined with batteries storage solutions.
Business Development coordination focuses on this scope, while acting as “Function leader” advising other Divisions (DG, OFW, REN FRANCE and REN USA) on key methodological matters.

**Organizes Business Development Function review process**
- Manages BD Division approval request files to internal committees: challenging presentation materials (messages, data, etc.), helping summarize
- Supports BD Division in preparation and obtention of approval on files presented for internal approvals
- Organizes the decision-making process that allows a project to move from Origination stage to Development stage (Project Development Decision Process): selecting projects to review, zooming in on critical KPIs and features, laying out pluses and minuses of available options (etc.) and facilitating decision-making at gateways 1 and 2
- Prepares Gate 3 in close coordination with ICT

**Under the stewardship of the Director of BD Coordination, leads the deployment of the new REN Operating Model in the BD Division and steers optimization and scaling up
**Leads continuous improvement (including to some extent for non onshore Divisions)**
- Specifies and updates BD processes when needed, and helps non onshore Divisions develop level-3 and level-4 processes
- Follows up the roll-out of BD processes, especially on the onshore scope
- Follows up projects, pitches and transactions to identify best practices (including in terms of offer structuring on Non-Biding Offer and Biding Offer)

**Ensures the definition of digital roadmap to support the BD process in coherence with project development for REN Division**
- Expresses functional needs, collecting requests and insights from BD Regions and local BDs
- Prioritizes, under the leadership of the Director of BD Coordination and the control of Vice-President Business Development

**Sets up robust methodologies and oversees their deployment**
- Designs, updates and promotes templates for internal decision-making committees, to be shared with Regional/Local BDs, improves these templates regularly based on feedbacks and return of experience
- Designs, updates and promotes guidelines and methodology and best practices

**Supports the BD regions (notably in projects structuring when needed, and all other aspects of origination and project management)**

**Animates the REN Business Development community (for All Divisions)**
- Organizes workshops, seminars, webinars, at global / regional / local levels
- Selects and recommends specific trainings
- Enables and encourages digital collaboration

**Manages activity reports and KPIs with the support of the other departments of the BD Division**
- Supports reporting
- Maintains data in the Customer / Project management softwares
- Prepares reporting to various governance bodies (BD Business Review for CDREN and for CDGRP)

**Supports the preparation of the LTP (long term planning) of the Business Development division**
- Following guidelines (template, operating mode timelines, etc.) defined by Transactions & Finance Division
- In coordination with other REN Divisions for REN portfolio
- Consolidating project-level view in coordination with Project Development

**Helps the relationship of BD entities and people with support functions such as Legal, Finance, Structured Finance etc.

- In line with REN organization and processes, Business Developers are to both specialize on business opportunities and relationships and contribute to project development stewarded by Project Developers.
- Reinforce strategic and tactical business positioning, and at the same time to act as a pivot in a cross-disciplinary effort to translate opportunities into projects and projects into construction and operation.
