- In 2024, the Industrial Solutions & Projects Business Group will separate from the Nexans Group to become an independent company.- Our future company, which will become a reality at the end of 2024, boasts double-digit growth, prospects for expansion in sectors at the heart of the energy and industrial transition, with an international presence close to our customers.- We manufacture and design cables and complex solutions for our industrial customers. - The BCD Manager is in charge, for a specific country / area, of Business Coordination & Deliveries activities.- Bring IS department to the business unit and represent the business unit within IS Department
- Ensure the coordination of IT topics
- Ensure with his team the first level support and delivery in terms of workplace, infra and business coordination
- Support IT strategy from the BU and related roadmap
- Promote the standardization of IT and OT
- She/he manages the BCD coordinators (OSS profile and ABC profile) who are dedicated for his area.- As all IT responsible, the BCD Manager is focused on:
- Simplify of our IT landscape through rationalization and standardization
- Secure our asset in enabling constant monitoring, quick escalation and continuous improvement on cyber protection
- Maintaining a strong recurrent governance inside IT and towards the business, promoting transparency and collaboration.

**Area of responsabilities**:

- **Strategy**
- Lead the IT budget process from his/her perimeter.
- Lead the studies and selection of new solutions in her/his domain in respect with the standard and with the support of central team.
- Lead the implementation of the roadmap.
- **Management**
- Provide a leadership role in the overall supervision of activities of the team
- Mobilize the team for the implementation of the IS global solutions
- Support the development of his/her team
- Make sure the adequate governance are in place and occurred at the proper frequency
- Ensure HR rules and best practices as a manager
- **Business Coordination**
- Support BUs/Plants IT strategy in line with IT standards
- Ensure the communication for all IT Topics to site management on IS strategy, priorities and Core IT programs and their status.
- Define the appropriate governance with his/her team to ensure good relationship with the BU/Plants management
- Coordinate the delivery of the BU/Plant IT Business Coordination & Delivery team
- Be IT Senior escalation level and ensure right level of escalation towards BUs/Plants management for all IT topics
- Ensure the defense of the BUs/Plants interest within IT,
- Promote the standards of IT Core towards the Bus/Plants
- **Operations & Support**
- Manage IT service desk provider performance (SLA and KPI follow-up )
- Manage and provide the right resources to ensure the support in Paris and in France
- Coordinate changes requested by the VIPs and ensure they are implemented
- Participates actively in the problem management process from identification to closure with his IS peers and suppliers
- **Development & Delivery**
- Ensure that detailed design of services and the development, configuration and customization of IS solutions is delivered according to service levels and quality standards
- Coordinate deployment of services on his perimeter produced by other IS team or service providers into the IT environment
- **Design in IT and OT**
- Contribute to the modeling of business processes.
- Design the new Nexans standard solutions taking into account legal and regulatory requirements and with internal recommendations and standards for his perimeter
