**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a **Scale (Mid-Market) Account Executive** with a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to mid-sized organizations in Northern Europe. You will join a growing team of passionate sales professionals who are focused on building relationships, solving challenges, and delivering value.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to close, engaging multiple stakeholders across mid-market organizations. Deal sizes typically range from $100K to $500K.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers across various levels.
- Leverage value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC to communicate the Braze value proposition.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and close collaboration with BDRs and marketing.
- Drive strategic growth within your territory and identify upsell opportunities with existing accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Business Development, Marketing, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Services.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- You have a minimum of **3 years of experience** in SaaS sales, with a successful track record of managing complex deal cycles and closing high-value opportunities.
- You're familiar with value-based selling and MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks.
- You have strong business acumen and the ability to translate product capabilities into business value.
- You're experienced in pipeline generation through personal outreach, as well as working with BDR and marketing teams.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- You're collaborative, coachable, and energized by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is required.
- Familiarity with agency and tech partner ecosystems is a plus.
- Additional language skills (Italian, Spanish, or Hebrew) are a bonus.
