Your Role’s Mission As a Senior Account Executive, you will spearhead the development of Pelico’s MRO vertical, opening new accounts, building strategic relationships, and leading value‑driven sales cycles to establish Pelico as a key partner in the aerospace MRO ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Own and drive full‑cycle sales from prospecting to closing within the MRO vertical. Develop deep understanding of customer workflows (TAT, AOG, inspection scheduling, LLP tracking). Articulate how Pelico creates ROI across performance, planning agility, and traceability. Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Product, and Data teams to shape winning solutions. Represent Pelico at key MRO industry events and conferences. Contribute to building the MRO Pod’s GTM playbook and voice‑of‑customer strategy. Set up and manage account plans. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads. Negotiate and close new deals. Location Based in Paris, Amsterdam, Munich, or London. English is the working language and a hybrid work arrangement is offered. What makes an Ideal Candidate Stand Out? Graduated from a Master’s degree in Business school. Proven track record in hunting new business opportunities, ideally with at least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in SaaS/B2B. Passionate about the scale‑up environment and the manufacturing sector. Experienced in managing long, complex sales cycles independently, from appointment setting to closing, including C‑level negotiations. Results‑oriented culture; efficiency and rigor recognized by customers and teams. Proficient in English and French, both written and spoken. Determination, perseverance, and strong listening skills.
