**What We Need**

We are looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. In this role, you will support sales and training for Tatcha. Travel required to the key Sephora stores in Paris, with Specific focus on the flagship stores which will play a key role in driving sales performance and events.

Each day at Tatcha is different, with new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:

- Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives
- Generating sell-through via selling and training
- Reinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions
- Maximizing business opportunities by identifying locations best suited for events
- Conducting training for all stores in the region
- Performing one-on-one training for individuals on an ad-hoc basis
- Staffing events, selling, developing customers, and supporting logistics when necessary

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years in cosmetics and beauty
- Training and education experience in the beauty industry
- Retail store experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Sephora
- Training and education experience in skincare

**Ce que nous recherchons**:
Nous recherchons un(e) Conseiller(ère) Beauté talentueux(se) pour rejoindre notre dynamique équipe de vente Tatcha. Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez les ventes et la formation pour Tatcha. Des déplacements sont requis dans les principaux magasins, Sephora à Paris, avec un accent particulier sur les magasins phares qui joueront un rôle clé dans la performance des ventes et les événements.

**Vos missions principales incluront**:

- Atteindre les objectifs de vente et les indicateurs de performance (KPI)
- Générer des ventes par la vente directe et la formation
- Renforcer l’image de marque et incarner l’esprit de partenariat dans toutes les interactions
- Maximiser les opportunités commerciales en identifiant les lieux les plus adaptés aux événements
- Assurer la formation dans tous les magasins de la région
- Réaliser des formations individuelles
- Participer aux événements, développer la clientèle et soutenir la logistique si nécessaire.

**Qualifications requises**:

- 5 ans ou plus d’expérience dans les cosmétiques et la beauté
- Expérience en formation et en éducation dans le secteur de la beauté
- Expérience en magasin
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Expérience de travail avec Sephora
