**Votre fonction**:
Missions:

- Accueil et conseil : Accueillir une clientèle locale et internationale en respectant les standards de luxe de la marque, en offrant un conseil personnalisé et en présentant les produits et l'univers de la Maison, tout en garantissant un service client d'exception.
- Expertise produit : Acquérir et maîtriser une connaissance approfondie des produits et de l'univers de la marque afin de fournir un conseil expert.
- Fidélisation de la clientèle : Développer la base de données clients et mettre en place des actions de gestion de la relation client (CRM) pour renforcer la fidélité et l'engagement des clients.
- Gestion du stand : Veiller à la présentation soignée et au bon fonctionnement du stand quotidiennement, incluant la gestion des stocks, la propreté, l'organisation des produits, des testeurs, des livraisons et des actions de merchandising.
- Atteinte des objectifs : Contribuer activement à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance quantitatifs et qualitatifs de la boutique.

**Votre profil**:
Profil:

- Expérience professionnelle : Vous justifiez de 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en vente (hors stages), idéalement acquise dans le secteur du luxe, et plus particulièrement dans l'univers de la parfumerie de niche.
- Passion pour l'univers olfactif : Vous êtes passionné(e) par les parfums et possédez une connaissance approfondie du secteur.
- Orientation résultats : Vous avez le goût du challenge et êtes animé(e) par des objectifs de performance.
- Présentation et communication : Vous avez une présentation soignée et une excellente capacité d’expression.
- Compétences linguistiques : Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais, et êtes à l’aise avec une clientèle internationale. La connaissance d'une troisième langue (espagnol ou arabe) est un atout.
- Qualités personnelles : Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e), autonome et faites preuve d’une grande capacité d’adaptation.
