**Description du poste**: Intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe commerciale de notre agence de Seyssinet-Pariset (38), vous avez en charge le développement de votre portefeuille d'activités dans le respect de la stratégie globale définie par le groupe. Pour ce faire, vos missions sont les suivantes:
- DEVELOPPEMENT COMMERCIALE:
- Prospection - Rendez-vous commerciaux de découverte et de suivi clients/prospects
- Déploiement de la stratégie commerciale agence, mise en place et suivi des plans d'actions
- Analyse de la faisabilité des besoins clients et proposition de solutions techniques adaptées
- Rédaction des propositions commerciales
- Gestion des négociations commerciales
- Contrôle des commandes clients, préparation des éléments de facturation, suivi des règlements clients
- Communication d'un reporting commercial hebdomadaire
- Participation aux réunions commerciales hebdomadaires
MANAGEMENT DES COLLABORATEURS EN PRESTATION:
- Recrutement :. Rédaction des fiches de postes.
- Coordination avec l'équipe recrutement
- Management du portefeuille collaborateurs :. Intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs sur son périmètre.
- Suivi des prestations en cours : suivi de l'avancement des travaux, suivi technique, visites de poste, visites sécurité.
- Management et animation de son équipe de collaborateurs. Planification et réalisation des entretiens annuels
**Profil recherché**: De formation Bac +3 à Bac +5 en Commerce ou Technique avec une appétence pour le commerce.
- Vous avez une première vision du métier, et ainsi une première expérience en Ingénierie d'affaires au sein d'une société de conseil en ingénierie.
