We encourage your creativity and your innovation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Our agency, based in Bristol, is looking to add a Construction Manager to the team. The purpose is to prepare, supervise, perform, analyze, and report to the senior manager. - You are responsible for carrying out the work on the Hinkley nuclear site under construction Point C, in collaboration with the Projects team. - You lead security policy, prevention, and good practices in the field of Security. - You propose the organization of the teams and the work to be carried out according to the procedures in vigour, and other parameters to optimize the resources allocated to construction sites, - You supervise the implementation of the sites, and you ensure the proper realization according to the plans, implementation files, site rules, and deadlines provided, - You deploy the HR policy to the teams (follow-up of the scores, supervision of the empowerments, participation in annual interviews, integration, strengthening of safe behaviours, cohesion, etc.), - You manage and supervise the subcontractor(s) - You also ensure customer satisfaction, - You communicate/relay the necessary information to the teams and management to operate efficiently. BACKGROUND AND SKILLS REQUIRED: - Bac + 2 to Bac + 5 in the conduct of work. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position with team leadership in the nuclear environment. Professional experience in the United Kingdom would be a plus. - You know the electrical installations of IEG companies (Electrical Installations General) - You know the constraints and rules of Anglo-Saxon works, and knowledge of the "CDM" is a plus. You are used to leading teams (delegating, explaining rules and objectives, giving instructions, feedback, if necessary, etc.). - You are comfortable with management tools (site indicators, planning, realization/invoicing, etc.) and computer tools (Excel, Microsoft Office, etc.). - You know how to interact effectively with the company's support services (HR, procurement, planners, HSE, etc.). - You speak English fluently ADDITIONNAL INFORMATION: **We use to make a first interview with the HR Recruiter and the second one with the manager.
