We are looking for our future Global Rewards Manager

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President Rewards & Mobility, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cluster HRs on implementing Group-wide or country-specific rewards programs or initiatives.
- Perform annual salary review to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Keep abreast of market trends and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs in support of business growth.
- Support annual budget & forecasting exercise.
- Support the review and upkeep of policies/procedures in compliance with local statutory legislations.
- Lead or participate in ad-hoc HR/Rewards/M&A projects.

The Company may assign duties in addition to those listed/described above and/or vary the scope of work according to business requirements.

Based in Paris, you will report directly to the Group's international headquarters in Singapore.

To hope to be our “perfect match” you need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of HR and Rewards related experience. Exposure in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Turkey, or India markets will be a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to research, analyze and propose solutions.
- Strong analytical & critical thinking skills, ability to interpret and produce high quality, accurate information, and data insights.
- Results oriented, strong interpersonal skills, team player who can function effectively and independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and operate with integrity and tact when handling highly confidential information.
