The Internal Control department of VEGA Investement Managers is composed of 5 people. You will report to the Head of Compliance Controls and in relation to the following departments: Internal Control, Risk, Management, Development, Middle Office, Corporate Secretariat, General Management. In collaboration with your tutor your main tasks will be: - Participate in the implementation and improvement of the management company’s control system. The missions will be rich and varied and will include compliance controls such as the monitoring of market abuse signals, the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing or the compliance of management mandates signed by clients, but also on control missions on order processing, securities transactions (OSTs), the turnover rate of portfolios. The scope covers all of VEGA IM’s management expertise across all asset classes (equities, fixed-income products, multi-management). - Take over permanent control assignments, on: - Monitoring of new relationships between management under mandate and partners, including controls related to anti-money laundering, - Monitoring of threshold crossings - Monitoring compliance with SFDR regulatory obligations, Taxonomy - Monitoring of the investment securities / short listed - Follow-up of recommendations and steering of its ad hoc committee - Follow-up of the procedure update with the relevant operational divisions This list is not exhaustive and may change depending on the profile. **#FinanceTransformative** This position is based in Paris with the possibility of teleworking.
