Compliance & Internal Control Officer

In charge of internal control and compliance, you will participate:

- ongoing supervision of SCOR Investment Partners to ensure efficient processes and compliance with regulatory and professional obligations,
- incident management (analysis, resolution, corrective actions, monitoring),
- ad-hoc projects to review a specific process,
- the implementation of regulatory projects and monitoring,
- the optimisation of the control system

With a good relationship, you will be required to exchange regularly with all the teams of the management company and external service providers as part of the holding of his position.

You are in charge under the supervision of the RCCI of permanent controls and in particular:

- monitoring compliance with the laws and regulations in force,
- monitoring the compliance of new products and activities,
- control of the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism,
- monitoring the ethics of employees,
- and ad hoc monitoring missions.

It must carry out and formalise the 2nd level permanent controls to ensure that the management company operates in accordance with the regulations in force and that its managers and employees comply with internal procedures.
- 3 to 6 years of experience years in internal control and/ or compliance ideally in a diversified management company to have a global view of the different asset classes (Equities, Bonds, Structured Products, etc.) and to master the management processes but also the issues specific to the business. Or experience as a consultant in a consulting firm specializing in control and compliance topics in asset management. Or in the audit of investment funds or worked for a regulator such as the AMF.

**Personal Competenties**:

- Good knowledge of AMF regulations
- Very good level of English, able to communicate in both written and spoken English and able to write documents in English.

- With an excellent interpersonal skills combined with an intellectual curiosity and above all with a real written and oral communication ability, you know how to anticipate requests and advise teams.
- You have a sense of efficiency and real integrity. Flexible, firm and diplomatic at the same time, you have a taste for teamwork, a sense of advice and control and a thorough knowledge of compliance and internal control.
- Rigorous and reliable, you have a good sense of listening, organization and method, a taste for his job and the ability to account.
- Fluency in English and French.

**Required Education**:

- Bac + 4/5, graduated from a Business School or a postgraduate in finance.
