Short term contract or freelancing (6 months) - full-time - Paris 9 or willing to move to Paris area_

Kiln is the leading enterprise-grade staking platform, enabling institutional customers to stake assets, and to white-label staking functionality into their offering. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to work closely with our Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager.

**Missions**

**1) Support marketing and communications strategy**
- Participate on the quarterly strategy: goal, KPIs and assist on day-to-day marketing and communication operations: socials, website management, content creation, meeting with partners, etc.
- Lead part of the event organization: organizing side events, preparing the travel of sales teams to conferences, selecting sponsorships and preparing speaking opportunities
- Lead some co-announcement with partners: blog posts, social media posts, alignment on the calendar

**2) Collaborate on the content strategy**:
Lead the development of the monthly newsletter

SEO content writing for the Kiln website (protocol pages)

Conduct in-depth research on competitors or industry-specific topics

Social media community management for Twitter and Linkedin

Suggest innovative ideas to generate leads

**3) Support Commercial and Product Development**
- Support sales deck creation
- Work on the material to present new products (website, landing page, and merchandising)
- Define the launch plan with the help of other teams

**Preferred experience**:

- Skills & Background_
- Strong understanding of financial services and interest in crypto
- Fluent in English and French (Being an English native speaker is a big plus)
- Preferred Skills:_
- Basic knowledge of Figma or any designer tool is a plus
- Nice to know tools:

- SalesForce (MQL/demand Gen & partner lead generation/content workflows)
- WordPress & WebFlow (website management)
- Video editing
- Basic programming language (HTML/CSS) is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing and Communications from a grande Ecole or equivalent
- Soft Skills:_
- Genuine interest in Blockchain & crypto
- Humility & team-spirit
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and rigorous
- Passionate about tech startups
- Curious and able to dig into a topic and follow through
