You will be responsible for the development of the Service Division sales, more specifically on HV/LV power distribution, within the Electrification activity in France. Reporting to the Services Sales Manager, you will use your experience and motivation to develop lasting relationships with customers by identifying effective solutions to meet their needs. **Your responsibilities**: - Deploy on a daily basis the commercial strategy of the Service division in the Electrification activity in France, with your customer portfolio: management and follow-up of customers with an EL installed base, promotion of the entire "Service portfolio", targeted commercial action plans, exploitation & update of the installed base, proactive actions with large electro-intensive accounts, follow-up and update of opportunities via Salesforce, respect of ABB rules and procedures. - Ensure end-customer satisfaction by being present throughout the product life cycle (LCM) of their installed base and propose solutions adapted to their needs. - Develop ABB's reputation and Service revenue in line with profitability objectives. - Implement high value-added "tailor-made" services: multi-year service contracts (SLA), retrofit solutions for obsolete ranges, turnkey installation packages, spare parts stock recommendations, etc. - Work closely with other Electrification business units: new project sales, costing, project managers, sales administration, quality,... - Embody ABB's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while supporting your colleagues and the company. **Your background**: - At least 2 years of higher education in electrical engineering or equivalent, ideally complemented by training in sales / marketing. - At least 5 years experience in B2B sales to end customers, ideally in the process industry (Chemicals, petrochemicals, refineries, etc.) and/or critical infrastructures (hospitals, data centers, airports, etc.). - Good knowledge of HTA/BT electrical distribution products. - Knowledge of Salesforce appreciated. - Written and spoken technical English and French required. - Ability to develop and manage customer relationships. - Regular travel in France and occasionally abroad. - Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business. **Benefits**: - Flexible work practices - Accident insurance - Healthcare plan **More about us**:
