Nous recherchons un(e) Manager Commercial (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. En tant que Manager Commercial, vous serez responsable de superviser et de développer notre équipe commerciale afin d'atteindre nos objectifs de vente.

Responsabilités:

- Gérer et encadrer une équipe de commerciaux
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente efficaces
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente fixés par la direction
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients et entretenir les relations avec les clients existants
- Analyser les performances de l'équipe commerciale et proposer des actions correctives si nécessaire
- Participer à la négociation des contrats avec les clients
- Assurer un reporting régulier à la direction sur les activités commerciales

Compétences requises:

- Expérience avérée en tant que Manager Commercial ou dans un poste similaire
- Excellentes compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe
- Fortes compétences en communication et en négociation
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à atteindre les objectifs fixés
- Bonne connaissance du marché et des tendances du secteur commercial
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques liés à la gestion commerciale
