**Job Overview**:
The primary object is to use the people and resources around you to drive adoption, success and evangelise the value of Medius solutions in our customer base, with the ultimate goal of increasing annually recurring revenue on the account. You will be working closely with customer success and ensuring customer retention by building trust with our key stakeholders - understanding their objectives and any ongoing challenges.
You will be allocated a list of accounts, and will become a trusted advisor with our client stakeholders at all levels. You will safeguard customer retention by supporting and driving usage of Medius tools and develop building relationships right across the business up to CxO level.
When required, you will identify and assist in the resolution of related customer challenges and you will be required to uncover upsell opportunities on the products we currently provide them. Your key objective however, is to increase the annually recurring revenue of your accounts. You will have full support from Medius Sales Specialists and pre-sales where necessary to facilitate any additional engagement in these areas.
We expect you to actively engage with your customers and execute direct actions such as meetings, QBRs, presentations and showcasing products they do not currently have, in which you will be leveraging other corporate functions and services such as marketing, pre-sales and consulting teams.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Guarantee overall customer satisfaction, together with Customer Success team: build trust with key stakeholders, engage with C levels.
- Use internal network to drive adoption, success and evangelise the value of Medius solutions.
- Increase annual recurring revenue on your portfolio (uncover upsell and cross sell opportunities).
- Ensure customer retention.
**Qualifications**:
- Academic or higher professional education level
- Extensive experience in enterprise B2B Account Management and SaaS sales
- Ideally both Hunter and Farmer sales experience
- Experience in Purchase to Pay/Accounts Payable automation and respective software solutions
- The drive, inventiveness, creativity, and experience to make a big impact on our company’s growth and profit
- Pragmatic and enjoys the work it takes to see Customer’s excel and succeed with Medius solutions
- Performance minded
- The ability to understand and empathise with client needs and requests
- Very professional and open-minded personality, open for feedback and the willing to continuously improve
- English speaker is a must

**Travel and location**
- Remote home office acceptable, with attendance at the office twice a week (Paris)
- Possible FR wide travel expected
