**The Role**
As an SDR at Flowie, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, setting up meetings for Account Executives, and maintaining relationships with prospects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound activities.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with AE & Marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
- Conduct initial outreach and set up meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain relationships with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Report directly to the VP Sales.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably as an SDR.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Proven track record in SaaS B2B sales.
- Nice to have: Experience in Procurement and Finance sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
