**About the role**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the French subsidiary, including **expense processing and general ledger maintenance**.
- Collaborate with **local French accountants and tax advisors**to ensure compliance with French GAAP and statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate **month-end and year-end closings**, including support on **revenue recognition and collection activities**.
- Support the implementation and adherence to **Group financial policies**within the French entity.
- Liaise with local banks to support **subsidiary-level banking operations**and documentation.
- Provide support during audits and regulatory filings as needed.
**About you**
- Minimum **5 years of professional experience**in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of **French GAAP**; familiarity with **IFRS**is a plus.
- **Fluent in English and French**(spoken and written).
- Ability to communicate in **Mandarin Chinese**is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with cross-functional and cross-border teams preferred.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently as part of a global team
