The transportation purchasing manager will integrated current Cainiao France commercial team and will have the following tasks below New logistics Partners search : - Introduce new logistics partners in our ecosystem to improve our service and reach more buyers coverage. - Partner selection process and assessment. - Contract creation and negotiation to integrate selected partner in our eco-system. Current logistics partner account and contract management : - Manage that contract conditions applied as planned. - Contract update and renewal owner. - Arbitrate issue escalation coming from operations or billing. - Challenge partners to improve current service and innovate with new services. - Negotiation commercial conditions to contribute to Cainiao success
- Buyer Experience - Client/ supplier account management - Work experience in the delivery industry - Advanced negotiation skills - High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - Willingness to adapt to a fast changing environment and do whatever is necessary to coope with our growth. - Start-up attitude to help identify and solve quickly emerging opportunities - Desire to exceed company and customer expectations. - Ability to speak Chinese is a plus - Proviciency level in English and French - Pack Office : Excel, Word, Powerpoint - Basic negotiation skills - KPI Managment and result orientation - Reporting and root causes analyses.
