Dans le cadre de son développement notre client, ESN située dans le 2ème arrondissement de Paris recrute un(e) Business Line Manager.

Rattaché(e) à la direction commerciale, votre mission s'articulera autour des tâches suivantes:

- Responsable hiérarchique des collaborateurs, vode vos collaborateurs
- Créer et développer un portefeuille de clients grands comptes référencés.
- Prospecter, détecter les besoins en prestation et élaborer les réponses aux appels d'offres.
- Recruter et créer un vivier de compétences en collaboration avec la cellule recrutement.
- Manager : encadrer vos collaborateurs tout au long de leur carrière, suivre l'intégration, le bon déroulement de leur mission et réaliser les entretiens annuels.

**Description du profil**:
Vous avez la volonté d'intégrer une ESN en plein coeur de Paris où vous évoluerez de manière autonome, au sein d'une équipe dynamique, bienveillante et ambitieuse.

Idéalement muni(e) d'une formation commerciale supérieure Bac +5, vous disposez d'une première expérience commerciale et managériale similaire, de minimum 2 ans.
