**The Opportunity**

The **Workforce Management unit** (WFM) is a key actor within our Worldline company, supporting the various operational units develop their Sourcing needs with a mix of optimized Sourcing solutions, ensuring efficiency, competitiveness and margin profitability.

At Worldline, we’ve established ourselves as a **Center of Excellence** within Group HR for enabling the company achieve its organization efficiency.

**With the** **acquisition of Ingenico**, we confirm more than ever our culture of growth with the challenge to succeed in the deployment of WFM processes in every Global Business Lines supporting their strong transformation programs as well.

As an experienced, organized and process-driven **Senior** **Project Manager**, you are willing to join our WFM community to support actively our ways of working, accompany and deploy excellent innovate solutions to support continuously a Business Line’s sourcing challenges.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- ** Supervision of WFM for a Business Line** (as a Single Point of Contact)
- Budgeting sourcing positions for the Business Line along with Group HR strategy
- Operating the Resource Approval Board: requests sanity check, overall efficiency of the requests approval process
- Controlling regularly the sourcing mix efficiency for the Business Line
- Continuously supporting predictive analysis on sourcing capabilities
- ** Collaborative support** within a community of GBL Workforce Managers to define and accompany the WFM digital transformation programs, working closely with project sponsors, special advisors/WFM Taskforce, multi-functional teams, and assigned group Workforce Management Head (dotted line) to implement new challenges

- You support your Business Line sourcing strategy, ensuring WFM processes are well deployed and maintain specific program initiatives that guarantee your local Business Line WFM objectives
- You develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- You maintain quality standards of satisfaction, efficiency, and performance
- Cooperation between all stakeholders is a reality and your Business Line gets the benefits of it

**Skills we can’t do without**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 5+ years in an advanced program or project management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Curious, willing to learn, good relationship
- Outstanding working knowledge of change principles and performance evaluation processes in a complex and multi-cultural environment
