MISSION
As a member of the Sales and Agency Network Department, you will actively participate in the success of the CMA CGM+ offers, which enhance the services offered to our customers through innovative offers focused on their specific needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the Product Lab, you will be in charge of marketing and promoting CMA CGM+ offers by maximising the visibility and awareness of CMA CGM+ offers both internally (network of employees) and externally (customers).
In addition, as part of the internal promotion, you will be responsible for creating and animating the necessary supports (training campaign, newsletter, user guide, etc.) to facilitate the awareness and sale of CMA CGM+ products by our international network.
PROFILE AND SKILLS
You are currently studying for a Master's degree at a business school and have previous successful experience in product marketing or communication and in the operational implementation of different communication channels.
You are fluent in written and spoken English. You have a good command of IT tools, especially Excel, Power Point and promotional tools such as Publisher, Teamsite etc. You will have a good knowledge of web content management AND/OR social networks (Yammer).
You have excellent analytical and synthesising skills and like to go into detail on projects. You are recognized for your communication skills and are comfortable making executive presentations. You are autonomous, proactive and at ease with leadership.
You are able to manage projects in a multicultural and multifunctional environment while respecting deadlines.
