**Context**:
Within the Human Resources Department of CMA CGM's head office, you join the School Relations and Partnerships team. You participate actively in the recruitment and monitoring of interns and trainees as well as in the organization of campus actions.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Draft job descriptions, discuss their needs with the managers, publish the offers on our website as well as on school job boards.
Make a first selection of the resumes received and conduct telephone, Teams and face-to-face interviews
Actively participate in the animation of the community of interns and trainees (ex: organization of unches, afterworks, events, etc.) in order to ensure that their internship experience within CMA CGM is as positive as possible.
Organize discovery internships programs for employees' children
Update the various reporting documents/tools as well as our HRIS with the necessary information. Propose new reporting tools if necessary.
Take charge of the logistics of campus events (registration, equipment, communication). Depending on the timing, you will be able to participate in several events with the team.
**Participate in various projects during the year, eg**: setting up an student ambassador network, writing articles and interview students, optimization of reports, etc.
**PROFILE AND SKILLS**:
Currently in a Master specializing in Human Resources
You have ideally already completed an internship in HR which has allowed you to prove your autonomy, your rigor in the management of files as well as your reactivity.
You have an appetite for topics related to employer branding and recruitment.
You are able to establish a close relationship with your daily contacts in an international environment
Good level of English desired, fluent French essential
You have a good command of computer tools, especially Excel and Power Point.
Financial assistance up to €200 per month may be allocated to the student for his/her round trips between Marseille and his/her school (only for schools located outside the Sud region), upon the presentation of relevant documents.
