Dailymotion, a leading video-sharing platform, is seeking a talented and experienced Publisher Success Manager to join our team. As a **_Publisher Success Manager,_** you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our relationships with publishers, ensuring their success on our platform, and driving revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive the success and retention of publisher accounts, understanding their business needs and goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with publishers, acting as their primary point of contact and providing strategic guidance
- Provide end-to-end customer service and support, addressing publisher needs, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Optimize publisher accounts to maximize revenue generation and enhance their performance on our platform
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve account performance, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate churn
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for successful implementation and integration
- Educate publishers on platform usage, new features and industry best practices
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments, becoming an industry expert
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or similar roles in the digital industry or at a SaaS company
- Ability to speak and write in English and French fluently
Preferred Qualificiations:
- Strong understanding of video technology and the digital video industry landscape
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- The results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker)
- Knowledge of online advertising, programmatic advertising, and publisher monetization
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
