Join our Publisher Acquisition Team as a Publisher Support Engineer and make a real impact on our clients' success. Based in Paris, you'll have the opportunity to work onsite or in a hybrid capacity.

You'll be the trusted advisor for our clients, providing exceptional technical support and helping them unlock the full potential of Ogury’s services. With your expertise, you'll be a key player in driving their success and elevating their experience with Ogury.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide excellent support to our clients through exceptional listening and understanding of their needs. Use your inquisitive nature to gather information and create effective solutions.
- You will work directly with the publishers to ensure customer care is at a high level.
- Test, monitor and identify: You can reproduce a specific case, monitor it through consistent tools and analyse the data to validate your theory and provide advice to remove a blocker.
- You're able to participate in technical discussions with multiple partners such as, developers, product owners, publishers, or account managers.
- You make propositions to improve the quality of the Publishers Support.
- Feed product discovery with consistent feedback based on your AdTech knowledge to improve existing or new feature
- Finally, you answer most of publishers' requests quickly with quality (services level 1&2).

**About you**:

- 2+ years’ experience in support across mobile (iOS or Android)
- You have some knowledge about any OOP (Objective-C, Swift, Java or Kotlin)
- Knowledge in SQL for troubleshooting and create/maintain dashboards, as well an understanding of how advertising delivery is working.
- Comfortable with both internal and external partners utilising your English skills.
- You can work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
