- As the Sales & Marketing Director for Nexans MCS (Machine, Cryogenics, Superconductivity) and Executive Management Team member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of electrification. Your mission is to lead the strategic direction and execution of our sales and marketing efforts globally, ensuring our innovative solutions reach and impact the market effectively. You'll work closely with our technology incubators, focusing on promising markets like LH2, urban and industrial electrification, to accelerate their growth and position Nexans as a key player in the energy transition.**HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT**
- Lead the development and execution of a global sales and marketing strategy that aligns with our vision of electrification and sustainable growth.
- Utilize market intelligence and business assessment to identify and seize business opportunities, enhancing our market presence and customer engagement.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams and with external partners to develop and market innovative solutions that address and accelerate the energy transition.
- Drive sales and marketing excellence, leveraging digital and traditional channels to communicate our value proposition effectively.
- Champion the customer experience, ensuring our solutions meet their evolving needs and contribute to our goal of sustainable development.
**YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN**
- Proven expertise in sales & marketing management, ideally within the electrical equipment sector or related industries.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful global strategies.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience leading diverse teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
- Adaptability and an international mindset, ready to navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry.
