**The Opportunity**
As part of A-SAFE’s ongoing investment in training and development, the **Regional Sales Training & Enablement Coach** will play a key role in delivering high-quality sales and product training to internal teams and channel partners across designated regions. This hands-on role is vital in equipping our commercial teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed and ensure that sales professionals deliver a value and solution-based sales approach.

You will be responsible for driving the success of the **A-SAFE Professional Sales Academy (APSA)** by delivering region-specific training sessions, adapting content to local needs, and ensuring alignment with global training standards. You will also be responsible for improving sales performance and refining sales techniques across the business through working closely with individual sales professionals and peer groups, delivering real-time coaching, behavioural modelling, and structured feedback sessions to reinforce learning and optimise performance.

This role requires a dynamic, proactive individual with a passion for sales coaching, teaching and developing talent.

**In this role, you will**:

- Lead sales and product training sessions for internal teams and channel partners, tailored to meet the needs of the region.
- Work closely with the Commercial L&D Lead to align training programs with corporate objectives, ensuring consistency with global training standards while adapting for local markets.
- Conduct one-on-one, peer-to-peer coaching and deliver real-time feedback and behavioural modelling during live sales interactions (field visits and virtual coaching).
- Travel extensively within the region (up to 50% of the time) to deliver in-person coaching and training sessions that maintain strong connections with teams across the region.
