Today, we're recruiting a **Head Of Marketing H/F** based in **Paris **for a **Product studio gathering top talent in the tech industry.**

**The Company**:
Since 2018, our client is a collective of product strategists & designers in love with beautiful apps. Their mission is to help ambitious entrepreneurs craft outstanding user experiences

They support our clients on strategy, design and brand:

- Top-notch founders to create their V1 (early-stage startups backed by Y Combinator and top VC firms like Sequoia or a16).
- French and US scale-ups to improve their existing product (Airbnb, Sorare, Aircall, PlayPlay, Blablacar, Ornikar, Bird, Flink, Frichti, Ankorstore, Alma, Singulart, Brut )

Since 2018, revenues multiplied organically each year and they now count more than 200 clients worldwide and a community strong of 30 amazing members, coming from the best tech companies (Alan, Qonto, Payfit, Pinterest ).

The community? It is their (not so) secret sauce. They developed a new model of studio that brings together the most exciting startups being built in the tech industry with top-notch product talents.

This model enabled our client to attract and retain rare senior talents, and benefit from a very high engagement (NPS 88).

**The Job**:
Today, we are hiring the futur Head of Marketing to strengthen our client’s brand awareness and turn our ecosystem into the ultimate European reference in the industry.

Among the core team of full-time employees, this person will be in charge of making our client shine through a wide range of projects in order to attract business opportunities and talents.

There’s two clear target audiences:

- The most promising founders in Europe & the US who need help building a new product
- Senior product strategists and designers looking for exciting projects, more freedom & diversity in their professional life, as well as strong & nice peers to collaborate with.

As our first marketer, we are looking for someone with an entrepreneur mindset who is able to shape his role and lead creative initiatives in order to have a strong impact. This person will work closely with the brand designer as well as the founder & CEO, and the CRO. Head of Marketing will also leverage the quality of our community for content creation and new projects.

- Being an entrepreneur and creative, you'll be able to bring fresh ideas
