**Head of Marketing - SaaS B2B | Lead Generation**

**Localisation** : Paris 9 (Télétravail partiel possible)
**Expérience** : 3 à 5 ans
**Rémunération** : 50-60K € fixe + 10K € variable

Rejoins une **startup dynamique** qui révolutionne la gestion des rémunérations grâce à sa **solution SaaS innovante**. En tant que **Head of Marketing**, tu piloteras une équipe marketing de 5 personnes pour accélérer notre **croissance** et optimiser notre **lead generation** sur un marché en pleine expansion.

Si tu as une expérience solide en **SaaS B2B**, un goût prononcé pour les **stratégies tech-driven**, et une capacité à fédérer une équipe, ce poste est fait pour toi

**Tes missions principales**
- **Management d’équipe** : Dirige, inspire et encadre une équipe de **5 personnes** composée de profils growth, social media, communication, SEO et un alternant.
- **Stratégie de lead generation** : Conçois et mets en œuvre des stratégies **orientées lead gen** pour attirer de nouveaux clients et maximiser le ROI marketing.
- **Optimisation de l’offre marketing** : Travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe produit pour affiner et améliorer notre **proposition de valeur**.
- **SaaS B2B** : Applique ta solide expérience dans l’univers des startups SaaS B2B pour booster notre notoriété et notre acquisition client.
- **Suivi des KPIs** : Analyse et optimise les performances marketing à l’aide d’outils digitaux, en t’appuyant sur des **dashboards** performants et des données analytiques pour piloter l’activité.

**Ton profil**
- Tu as **3 à 5 ans d’expérience** en marketing, idéalement dans une **startup** et sur une solution **SaaS B2B**.
- Tu es un(e) **manager confirmé(e)** avec une capacité à **fédérer** et **faire évoluer** une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
- Ton approche marketing est résolument **orientée data et tech**, avec un fort focus sur la **génération de leads**.
- Tu es à l’aise avec les outils marketing digitaux et sais piloter des campagnes pour **optimiser les performances**.
- Tu as une mentalité **startup** : agile, innovante, avec une forte capacité à te remettre en question pour ajuster les stratégies en temps réel.
