**Job Opportunity: Project Manager - Master Data Management**
**Location**: Marseille, France (On-site only)

MarkJames Search is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact initiative for one of our key clients in Marseille. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires close collaboration with both internal teams and client stakeholders.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic professional with a proven track record in end-to-end project management, ideally within Master Data Management (MDM) environments. You'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project within scope, time, and quality constraints, using best-in-class project methodologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource needs, and governance structures.
- Set up and manage communication plans across all levels of the project.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Track progress, KPIs, and manage task assignments.
- Drive collaboration and effective communication across teams.
- Manage scope, schedule changes, and mitigate delays.
- Regularly report on project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Identify issues early and implement corrective actions.
- Keep stakeholders informed through structured reporting.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency and alignment on project goals.
- Facilitate status meetings and executive briefings.
- Lead post-project reviews and document lessons learned.
- Ensure proper handover of deliverables and final documentation.
- Secure stakeholder approval and closeout formalities.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in project management, ideally with exposure to MDM projects.
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (French is a strong plus).
- Strong presence and availability to work onsite in Marseille throughout the duration of the contract.
