**About the role**:
We are seeking a true leader with a passion for Sales Management to join our newly created Enterprise & Partner team to scale our impact. Reporting directly to the VP Sales, you’ll be at the forefront of scaling our reach to high-value clients, helping them unlock the benefits of accelerating their ESG and decarbonization strategies.

**Your Mission**:

- Own and execute Greenly’s sales strategy for Enterprise & Partners.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth, SDRs, Product & Operation teams to ensure a holistic scalable growth approach.
- Drive high-quality leads, effectively communicate Greenly’s value proposition, and close deals with major clients.
- Support internal projects to refine and improve sales processes.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Understand the challenges and trends in sustainability.
- Pitch Greenly to Enterprise & Partner accounts across diverse sectors and complexities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop long-term client partnerships through networking and strategic planning.
- Create detailed business plans to achieve set goals and quotas (our objective is to go from our existing top references to global leader).
- Maintain accurate sales databases (hubspot) for reporting and analysis.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve.

**You are a fit for this role if you...**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Business or Engineering school (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hands-on sales leadership roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, French & ideally more
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus, strong analytical skills a must
- Intrapreneurial mindset: ambitious, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about ESG topics and about combating climate change and creating positive impact.
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
