**The Role**:
As a Sales Assistant, you will play an integral part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience tailored to our esteemed clientele. Your deep passion for luxury fashion and exceptional interpersonal skills will allow you to forge meaningful connections and provide personalized recommendations. In this role, you will:
- Extend a warm and professional welcome to clients, creating a personalized and memorable shopping journey.
- Offer expert advice on product knowledge, styling, and outfit coordination, showcasing your extensive understanding of luxury fashion trends.
- Provide unparalleled customer service throughout the sales process, from product presentation to accurate transaction handling.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, going above and beyond to exceed their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the store team to achieve sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a harmonious working environment.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a retail environment or a genuine passion for fashion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and French. Additional languages are advantageous.
- A deep appreciation for luxury fashion and an acute attention to detail.
- A customer-centric approach, striving to create unforgettable experiences.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
**Salary**: Up to 40,000.00€ per year
