Given its success in the UK & Ireland, HERMEQ has seen significant demand for products from the Benelux and Nordic countries and now in France where we have recently opened a distribution depot in Ressons-Sur-Matz.

As a member of our outbound sales team you will work with some of Europes largest construction companies. You will help to advise & supply essential equipment and grow a portfolio of repeat customers.

**The job role will require you to**:

- Make outbound phone-calls to cold/warm leads
- Visit customers
- Build and manage your own client base
- Quote up work and manage individual deals through from inception to delivery
- Look at opportunities to build new products and service offerings into your customer base
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.

*You should have evidence of strong sales success and possess good negotiation skills. Experience within the construction and/or non-mechanical supply sector would be an advantage but is not necessary.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- 3+ years sales experience
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
- Demonstrable track record of sales success
- Ability to work independently and contribute to the wider sales team
- Negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Office including Excel

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm

OTE:

- Salary - Euro 30,000- Euro 35,000 basic

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 1/10/2025

Pay: 27,275.10€ - 35,000.00€ per year
