**Quelle est notre ambition ?** Nous pensons que chaque réseau de point de vente voulant améliorer l'expérience client doit embarquer ses équipes, au siège et en magasin, à travers un outil digital. Or aucun des gros éditeurs de logiciels mondiaux (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, Oracle ) ne permet cela aujourd'hui. Notre ambition est de devenir la première **"Local Collaboration Platform"** au monde, utilisée par les réseaux de points de vente pour embarquer leurs équipes et améliorer l'expérience client en ligne et en magasin. Cela sera rendu possible grâce à un accent fort mis sur 3 aspects: - la** satisfaction**apportée à nos clients pour les aider à réussir leurs projets de transformation digitale - la **simplicité** d'usage de notre produit pour rendre Partoo accessible, même aux utilisateurs les moins aguerris - la** collaboration** entre le siège et le magasin, rendue possible partout dans le produit **RÔLE & IMPACT** Tu intégreras une équipe dédiée au produit **Store Locator**, un élément essentiel de l'offre Partoo en forte croissance depuis deux ans. Ce produit génère à lui seul près de 2 millions d'euros de revenus, servant environ 70 de clients à travers le monde. Cette Business Unit spécifique en constante croissance est composée de 11 personnes: une Head of Business Unit (Alice), 5 Project Managers et d’un pôle tech de 4 développeurs et 1 product manager. Les équipes travaillent également de manière étroite avec des designers, des solutions consultants et bien sûr le reste des équipes client-facing de Partoo : Sales et Customer Success. **MISSIONS** Le Project Team Manager est un nouveau poste créé dans la Business Unit Store Locator afin d’encadrer tout le pôle de Project Managers. Ce pôle est constitué de 5 Project Managers, chargé de coordonner l’implémentation des store locator entre le client, les designers et les développeurs. Le Project Team Manager aura pour missions: - la structuration de l’équipe et la mise en place de nouveaux process pour se rapprocher d’un mode agence web - la formation des équipes sur la gestion de projet web: accompagnement sur les phases de ventes, suivi des TMA, - le management de l’équipe (5 membres): coaching, gestion de la performance, accompagnement métier et développement professionnel - le suivi opérationnel de l’implémentation des store locator et de la relation client par les membres de l’équipe, le Project Team Manager est le garant de la satisfaction client et des équipes internes lors de l’onboarding client - la gestion en direct de l’onboarding de clients notamment sur des projets complexes nécessitant plus d’un chef de projet - le recrutement de nouveaux membres lorsque le besoin sera nécessaire - la participation à la stratégie du pôle Store Locator menée par la Head of Business Unit **PROFIL** - Compétence en gestion de projet en agence web (5-7 ans, projets de plusieurs mois) - Expérience en management - Sens du business - Esprit d’équipe - Problem solving - Excellente communication orale et écrite - Capacité d’analyse - Diplomatie - Langues : français et anglais courant obligatoire - espagnol, italiens, portugais optionnel **PROCESS DE RECRUTEMENT** - Entretien RH avec Julie, Talent Acquisition - Visio, 45 min - Etude de cas à réaliser chez toi pour évaluer ta vision stratégique - Entretien Alice, Head of Store Locator - Présentiel, 1h - Entretien avec Alexis, VP Strategy & rencontre avec 2 membres de l’équipe - Présentiel, 1h30
