Descriptif du poste

Vos missions principales:
Organiser la revue de contrat avec l'équipe vente
Initier l'ordre technique avion et les mises à jour
Allouer les budgets aux différents responsables concernés
Superviser la préparation en amont du projet
Faire planifier les travaux, et les documents de travail, positionner les jalons du projet, valider le MS Project chart
Identifier les risques majeurs et s'appuyer sur les responsables concernés pour mettre en place un plan d'action approprié
Organiser la réunion d'entrée de chantier et décliner les exigences contractuelles, le planning avec le chemin critique et les objectifs internes à l'équipe projet
Valider le plan d'engagement des ressources du projet en fonction des objectifs économiques et du planning directeur
Valider les documents Visual Planning / OTA / engagements d'effectifs / fiche de satisfaction client / CR réunion bilan de chantier / bordereau de livraison projet (BL) / retour d'expérience (REX)

Piloter les réunions d'avancement dont l'objet est:
Examiner l'avancement des différentes tâches et la projection en fin de tâche
Identifier les problèmes (technique, planning, appros, etc...) et les risques
Définir les solutions et les actions pour y répondre
Piloter la réunion de fin d'expertise pour identifier les problèmes techniques et les risques et revalider les objectifs (planning, PAT)
Piloter la négociation en terme de prix, délai des travaux supplémentaires (NRC, travaux additionnels)
Animer les réunions client et s'assure de la traçabilité des évènements du projet

Profil recherché
- Votre profil:
Expérience dans la gestion de chantier avion en qualité d'agent de maitrise (CE, CA, responsable projet).
BAC +4 et avoir minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la maintenance avion.
Anglais : lu écrit parlé
Maitrise des documentations techniques et des contrats
Échanges soutenus écrits et parlés avec clients étrangers ou prestataires
