AXA Headquarters brings together the group's corporate activities and oversees global entities, ensuring strategic coordination and compliance with standards, as well as consistency in commercial approaches.
Within AXA EssentiALL, you will join the Strategy, Performance management and Impact team as Inclusive Insurance Financial Analyst.
**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Bring your financial and business performance analysis skills for the progress of our Inclusive Insurance ambition
- Support AXA EssentiALL’s reporting and planning processes:
- Preparation of data request material to AXA entities around the world
- Reception, consolidation, and data cleaning
- Analysis of main trends and potential gaps vs. target
- Preparation of conclusions and recommendations material for AXA’s decision makers
- Conduct quantitative analysis of Inclusive Insurance solutions around the world, using the largest inclusive insurance business database in the market
- Contribute to the maintenance adaptation and enhancement of business analytics tools
- Develop in-depth studies of specific topics relating to the AXA EssentiALL inclusive insurance space:
- Support benchmark analysis of the inclusive insurance and ESG landscape
- Country-specific or customer segment-specific research
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Strong analytical and planning skills with attention to detail, capable of consolidating and summarizing information from diverse sources.
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken. French language skills optional but preferred
- MS Office: Excel, Word, and Power Point - advanced level (mandatory)
- Advanced excel skills, VBA and PowerBI is a strong plus
